Please note that all purchases will be processed after a period of up to twenty (20) days, as payments made via PayPal are subject to a holding period before funds are released. Once the payment has been released and the order is processed, delivery will take place within thirty (30) days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

• Refunds are only applicable if the product has not been shipped and remains unused and unopened.

• If the product has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the full cost of delivery and return shipping, including any customs or handling fees.

• Once the product has been delivered and the original seal is broken, no refund will be issued, regardless of usage.
